For this service recognition awards, we managed pre-event planning (sourcing of venue, conceptualisation of theme, and design, etc.), audio, visual, lighting production and on-site registration with electronic lucky draw mechanism. We also sourced and managed all the pre-event activities, production of backdrop, photo walls, decorations, catering for 650 invited guests, sourcing of gifts for recipients, and show calling on event day.
